Why you can't fry eggs straight from the fridge: the answer of the chefs

Fried eggs remain a favorite morning meal for many Ukrainians. They are easy and quick to prepare, but not everyone knows how to do it right.
Usually, in a hurry, you can make a mistake that affects the taste of the dish: many people start frying eggs immediately after taking them out of the fridge. However, chefs advise letting eggs come to room temperature before cooking them, TSN writes.
Why can't you fry cold eggs?
Frying eggs taken straight from the refrigerator can negatively affect the consistency of the future dish. When you put a cold egg in a hot pan, a sharp temperature drop occurs, which causes the yolk to curdle quickly, while the white remains liquid for much longer.
As a result, when the yolk is already overcooked and the white is not yet ready, you will not get the perfect eggs for breakfast.
Also, due to the specified temperature regime, the taste of the egg will not be as rich, which can deprive you of the pleasure of your morning meal.
Culinary experts advise: let the eggs rest at room temperature for a few minutes before frying. It's even better if you can take them out of the fridge in advance to avoid any trouble preparing your favorite dish.
