Start with cold water
The method is to put the eggs in a saucepan and pour enough cold water to cover them. Then bring it to a boil and set it to cook for a certain time. It is very important that the eggs are at room temperature before putting them in the water to prevent them from being damaged during the boiling process.
Choosing the right time
Time plays a crucial role in the proper cooking of a product. Overcooking can lead to a rubbery texture, and undercooking can lead to liquefaction of the yolks. It is recommended to stick to a certain cooking time depending on the desired consistency of the yolk, for example, six minutes for soft-boiled eggs and ten minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
