  • Health benefits: Green buckwheat contains more fiber, vitamins, and minerals than brown buckwheat.

How to cook green buckwheat?

  1. Rinse: Rinse the green buckwheat thoroughly under running water to remove dust and debris.
  2. Soak: Soak green buckwheat in cold water for 2-3 hours. This will help it cook faster and become softer.
  3. Cook: Bring water to a boil, add salt to taste, and add green buckwheat. Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Set aside: Remove the pan from the heat and let the green buckwheat brew for another 10-15 minutes.
