Kale pancakes: tender and healthy

It's never too late to fill your recipe book with all kinds of cabbage dishes that you can cook in an original, tasty, and simple way.
Different types of cabbage are equally beneficial for the body: they all contain vitamins and minerals necessary for maintaining good health, are rich in fiber, are easy to digest, and do not overload us with extra calories.
The most common type of cabbage, white cabbage, is rich in vitamin C and beneficial acids. White cabbage dishes are always easy to prepare.
Tender cabbage pancakes
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 1 medium head
- egg - 2 pcs.
- whole wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
- spices and seasonings - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
- fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - to taste
- sour cream or natural yogurt - for serving
Method of preparation:
Finely chop the cabbage, season it with salt and pepper, toss it with your hands, and let it stand for a few minutes.
Add the eggs to the cabbage, mix, and then add 2-3 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly again until a homogeneous, thick consistency is achieved.
Grease a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Place the pancakes, pressing down slightly on top. Brown them on a fire just below medium for about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve tender cabbage pancakes with sour cream and fresh herbs.
