Roasted peppers on the grill or in the oven: the easiest appetizer

One of the main ways to distract yourself is to cook something delicious for you. Today we're going to make a delicious and quick recipe for baked peppers.
You can cook it on the grill and in the oven!
It's the easiest appetizer that doesn't take much time to prepare and is eaten even faster. We'll also share a life hack on how to preserve it for the winter.
Take not thick and elongated varieties - they have fewer seeds and dense, but juicy flesh that does not lose much moisture during baking, but the recipe will work with any pepper!
I took:
- 1 kg of peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a little cilantro and parsley
- olive oil or aromatic home-made oil
- salt
- Balsamic vinegar, can be replaced with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- In addition, I decided to take a soft, young goat cheese labneh (or feta cheese)
Preparation:
- I removed the seeds from the peppers and cut them in half, greased the surface with vegetable oil
- and send it to the grill
Or put it in a preheated oven
Top heating mode with blowing
- I waited until the surface (skin) of the peppers was almost completely burnt. Don't worry - it's necessary!
- take out the finished peppers, cover them with foil and a towel, and wait for them to cool down
- Peel the peppers from the tan skin when it is burnt – it is very easy to do.
- add salt, oil, vinegar, and chopped garlic, cilantro, and parsley to the peppers. Stir, taste, and add more salt and acid if necessary.
I serve it with slices of young cheese as an appetizer.
It is very tasty to make bruschetta with this pepper or you can use it in salads or main dishes as an additional garnish.
To preserve such peppers for the winter, put them in a jar and pour hot oil brought to 120-140 degrees. Or heat everything in the oven at 100 degrees for about 40 minutes.
And you're done!
But close without cheese!
Enjoy!
