The chefs shared a secret ingredient that will prevent the potatoes from boiling over. It is ordinary vinegar. The next time you boil potatoes to bake them, add salt and a little vinegar 15 minutes after you put them in the oven.

The vinegar will help the potatoes form a thin crust on the outside so that they hold their shape when baked.
"No matter what type of vinegar you use, it will work. But don't add too much vinegar so that the potatoes don't get a bitter taste. One teaspoon for 4-5 potatoes is enough. The pH level of the vinegar prevents the breakdown of pectin in the potatoes," experts say.
