I'm sharing a recipe for super soft, fluffy donuts with a filling.
For the sourdough:
- 250 ml.milk
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 12 g of dry yeast
- 50 g. flour
For the dough:
- 1 egg
- 40 g. sugar
- 10 g. vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp. of salt
- +/-400 g of flour
- 50 g. butter
- 300 g. nutella for the filling
- 100 g. sugar or powdered sugar for dusting.
The sourdough is prepared for 15 minutes.
The dough is prepared for 1 hour.
Leave the formed doughnuts under the foil for 15-20 minutes.
Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
