What we take:
- neck — 1.3 kg;
- pork loin — 1.3 kg;
- fillet — 1.3 kg;
- white onion — 1 kg;
- fresh cilantro — 100 g;
- basil — 100 g;
- fresh thyme — 100 g;
- salt and black pepper — to your taste.
Cut the pork into large pieces, the onion into half rings, and chop all the herbs finely. Spread the meat in a single layer, salt and pepper, season with herbs and onions, and mix well.
