Marinades for chicken that will make it juicy and flavorful

Do you want your chicken to always be juicy and flavorful? The secret is in the right marinade.
Yellow marinade:
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp;
• Yogurt — 1 tbsp;
• Paprika — 1/2 tsp;
• Cumin — 1/2 tsp;
• Salt — 1 tsp;
• Dried onion — 1/2 tsp;
• Dried ginger — 1/2 tsp;
• Black pepper — 1/2 tsp;
• Turmeric — 1 tsp;
• Dry garlic — 1/2 tsp;
• Dried or fresh cilantro — 1 tsp.
Mix all the ingredients, marinate the meat, and boil.
Red marinade:
• Olive oil — 2 tbsp;
• Sour cream — 2 tbsp;
• Fresh ginger — 1 tsp;
• Fresh garlic — 1 clove;
• Cinnamon — 1/2 tsp;
• Cloves — 1/2 tsp;
• Nutmeg — 1/2 tsp;
• Salt — 1 tsp;
• Cumin — 1/2 tsp;
• Anise — 1/2 tsp;
• Dry chili — 1/2 tsp;
• Turmeric — 1/2 tsp;
• Coriander — 1/2 tsp;
• Paprika — 2 tsp;
• Juice of half a lime.
Grind cumin, cloves, and anise in a mortar. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken fillet or thighs. Vacuum-seal to speed up the marinating process. Store in the refrigerator.
Green marinade:
• Olive oil — 2 tbsp;
• Fresh chili — 1 tsp;
• Garlic — 1 clove;
• Lemon/lime juice and zest;
• Cilantro (can be replaced with parsley) — 1 tbsp;
• Paprika — 1/2 tsp;
• Coriander — 1/2 tsp;
• Cumin — 1/2 tsp;
• Salt — 1 tsp;
• Honey — 1 tbsp.
Mix the ingredients. Marinate the chicken meat. Vacuum-seal it.
