Pickles in a bag in 5 minutes: how to cook

We'd like to share with you a great recipe for a quick summer snack - lightly salted cucumbers in a bag, which are prepared in a matter of minutes. This is a great alternative to classic lightly salted cucumbers, as it doesn't require much time and effort.
Although the cucumbers won't have time to fully marinate and won't have the characteristic sourness in 5 minutes, they will still be crispy, flavorful, and delicious.
With this recipe, you can enjoy your favorite appetizer when you don't have time for a long marinating process.
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 500-600 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Dill - 10 g
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves (optional)
- Lemon juice, lime juice, or apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
How to cook cucumbers in a bag
Preparation:
Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut off the ends, and cut them into 4 pieces lengthwise. Put them in a bag.
Then add chopped dill, garlic, salt (optional), lemon juice, lime juice, or apple cider vinegar.
Tie the bag tightly, leaving a little space so that the cucumbers are not damaged by shaking. Shake the bag well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Leave the bag in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
For the best flavor, it is recommended to use fresh cucumbers with a thick skin. Instead of dill, you can use other herbs to your liking, such as parsley, basil, and mint.
The amount of garlic can be adjusted at your discretion. If you want more spicy cucumbers, add a little hot pepper. The longer the cucumbers are pickled, the more intense their flavor becomes.
