Granola with raisins and freeze-dried berries: how to cook at home

Friends, today we are going to make the most delicious homemade granola, which is easy, quick, and perfect for breakfast. It tastes great with thick white yogurt. Be sure to try it.
Granola:
300 g of rolled oats
100 g of honey (5 tbsp)
50 ml of coconut oil (3 tbsp)
70 g of raisins or cranberries
80 g of nuts (walnuts)
20 g of freeze-dried berries (optional, raspberries, cherries)
Prepare the granola:
Take a large bowl, pour the oatmeal into it, add coconut oil, and mix.
Add honey and stir.
Add the nuts and mix again.
Spread the cereal on a baking sheet with parchment.
Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, and set to lower heating with convection or just convection. During baking, periodically open the oven and stir the granola.
Wash and dry the raisins, add them after 15 minutes, and bake for another three minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.
Transfer the granola to a bowl and add the freeze-dried berries.
Serve the granola with kefir or thick white yogurt.
