Sushi burger: a delicious and fast dish
Sometimes the most delicious dishes are prepared the fastest!
One of these dishes is a sushi burger.
Ingredients:
- Sushi rice — 200 g;
- Vinegar for rice — 1 tbsp;
- Sugar — 1 tbsp;
- Salt — 1 tsp.
Filling:
- Cream cheese — 100 g;
- Cucumber — 1 pc;
- Avocado — 1 pc;
- Shrimps — 100 g.
Batter:
- Eggs — 2 pcs;
- Flour — 3 tbsp;
- Cold water — 3 tbsp;
- Breadcrumbs for breading.
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt until completely dissolved. Pour the dressing over the rice and mix thoroughly.
2. Take the rice and form two rice "buns." On one half, put layers of cream cheese, sliced cucumber, avocado, and boiled shrimp. Cover with the other half of the rice and wrap everything in the nori.
3. Mix the eggs, flour, and cold water to the consistency of thick sour cream. Dip the burger in the batter and then roll it in Panko breadcrumbs.
4. Put the sushi burger in the multicooker and set the "French fries" mode at 200°C. Fry until golden brown.
A delicious sushi burger is ready.
