The perfect breakfast: pita pizza
Who said that pizza for breakfast is bad?
I don't think so, so I'm sharing with you my favorite pita pizza recipe.
Ingredients:
- White of 2 eggs or whole 1 egg
- Tortilla 1 pc.
- Mozzarella cheese 80 g
- Chorizo or salami 50 g
- Oregano 1/2 tsp.
- Ketchup 2 tbsp.
- Arugula
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the eggs into the pan, put the tortilla on top. Turn over.
2. Lubricate with ketchup. Add sausage, grated cheese, herbs. Fold in half.
3. Serve with fresh arugula or salad.
Enjoy your meal.
And you will definitely not get fat from this pizza.
