Not long after buying shoes, they may not look their best. Cracks appear on them, which can cause cracks in the material.

There are some simple life hacks that will help you get rid of this problem. You will need a damp cotton cloth, an iron, or a hairdryer.

Place a damp cotton cloth over the crack in the shoe. Iron the crease in a circular motion for a few seconds. Or stuff the shoes tightly with socks. Set your hair dryer to medium heat. Keep the air flow about 20 cm away from the shoe for 2-3 minutes.

Important: Wash your shoes before using an iron or hairdryer, as dirt can get stuck in the material when exposed to temperature. Do not use too high a temperature, as this can damage the shoe.

How to prevent wrinkles:

  • Avoid standing on tiptoe. This will protect the front of the shoe from damage.
  • Use a spoon to put on your shoes. This will help prevent cracks in the back.
  • Store your shoes in cardboard boxes with pads. This will help them keep their shape.
