This is a real find for lovers of simple but tasty recipes.
Ingredients:
- Bell peppers - 3 pcs;
- Wine vinegar - 1-2 tbsp;
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp;
- Basil - 1/2 tsp;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp;
- Salt - 1/2 tsp;
- Almonds - a pinch.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the peppers in half and bake them on parchment until they are "blackened" - this is necessary to easily peel them. Do not worry, they will not burn.
2. Immediately from the oven, place in a slider bag for 10-15 minutes to allow the peel to separate easily from the peppers.
3. Cut into strips.
4. Add chopped garlic, wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, oregano and basil.
5. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
Can be served with croutons or as a separate salad.
