Juicy tuna cutlets: it is very tasty

These are not the usual fish cutlets. This recipe makes them much tastier and juicier. And they are healthier than meat ones.
Ingredients:
• Tuna — 1 b;
• Carrots — 1 pc;
• Zucchini — 1 pc;
• Onion — 1 pc;
• Greens;
• Salt, pepper, spices;
• Juice of ½ lemon;
• Eggs — 2-3 pcs;
• Flour — 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the tuna in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Grate the carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater and add to the tuna.
3. Dice the onion, chop the herbs, and add them to the bowl.
4. Add salt, pepper, spices and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Add the eggs and flour and mix again.
6. Form patties and fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
