Chicken and broccoli salad: you can cook all year round

Everything is easy, simple, tasty and healthy! And you can make this salad all year round. Both fresh and frozen broccoli are suitable.
To make this dish original and rich in flavor, I add aromatic oil with basil, oregano, and rosemary herbs. As you know, it is delicious not only as a salad dressing, but also for frying and baking. So have fun cooking and add new flavors to your daily meals.
250 g of chicken fillet
250 g of broccoli
100 g of hard cheese
100 g of cherry tomatoes
20 - 30 ml of fragrant oil "Oleina" with herbs basil, oregano, rosemary
Salt
5-7 ml of lemon juice
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add 10 ml of sunflower flavored oil with basil, oregano, rosemary herbs. Season it with salt and fry, or use boiled chicken.
Cut the broccoli into florets, throw it into boiling salted water for a few minutes.
Transfer to cold water to preserve the rich color of the broccoli.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the cherry tomatoes.
Mix all ingredients, salt to taste, season with oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
