Recipe for grilled chicken wings

Friends, as promised, grilled recipes. You can cook these wings both on the grill and in the oven.
Marinade and a shiny, fragrant glaze with the addition of aromatic herb oil, garlic, and basil.
It is this marinade that will give the wings a contrasting and original taste.
Glazed chicken wings
1.5 kg of chicken wings
500 ml of water
1 tbsp of honey
100 g of hot mustard
250 ml of soy sauce
2 tbsp of aromatic oil, garlic, and basil
Make the marinade: mix water at room temperature with soy sauce, aromatic oil, mustard, and honey.
Pour the marinade over the chicken wings so that it completely covers them.
Put them in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Fry over a fire or in the oven until cooked.
Coat the hot wings with the previously prepared glaze.
Glaze:
2 tbs. of soy sauce
1 tsp of honey
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of flavored oil with herbs, garlic, basil
chili pepper (optional)
Mix all the ingredients. Stir and heat over low heat for a few minutes. The glaze is ready.
It is very tasty.
