How to make patches for skin rejuvenation with your own hands

The skin under the eyes often falls victim to stress, lack of sleep, long hours in front of a screen, and other environmental factors. It can be disturbed by dark circles, puffiness, and fatigue. Cucumber and aloe vera:
- Mix thin slices of cucumber with fresh aloe vera gel in a bowl.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
- Take cotton pads, soak them in the chilled product, or cut them into a suitable shape.
- Lie down, relax, and enjoy 15-20 minutes of moisturizing and soothing.
Turmeric:
- Mix 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder with 1 tablespoon of buttermilk.
- Cut cotton pads in half and dip them in the solution.
- Apply patches under the eyes for 30 minutes.
Rose patches:
- Mix half a grated cucumber with rose water.
- Strain the juice into a bowl.
- Cut a cotton ball in half and dip it into the solution.
- For an additional cooling effect, store the patches in the refrigerator.
Green tea with gelatin:
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder with 2 tablespoons of green tea.
- Add a few drops of warm coconut oil and mix thoroughly.
- Put the mixture on parchment paper and let it harden.
- When the mixture has hardened, cut out patches of a convenient shape and place them on your eyes.
