How to quickly remove stubborn stains from the toilet seat

Toilet seats can be difficult to clean from stubborn yellow stains. Especially if bleach or white vinegar doesn't help remove the stains.

Cleaning expert Jennifer Kropf shared an unexpected item that will remove stains. It is reported by Express.co.uk.

According to her, you need to use WD-40. This product is not only suitable for squeaky hinges and rusty bolts.

WD-40 is a fairly potent substance, so a few splashes on the contaminated areas are usually enough. Also, remember to always ensure proper ventilation.

Apply the product to the stains and leave it on for eight to ten minutes. After that, scrub with a toilet brush and the stains will disappear.

When the WD-40 evaporates, it leaves a protective layer that makes it harder for new stains to stick. This way, the toilet seat will stay clean longer.
