For the dough:
• Kefir — 250 ml;
• Salt — 1 tsp;
• Oil — 2 tbsp;
• Egg — 1 pc;
• Flour — 350 g;
• Baking powder — 1 tsp.
For the filling:
• Cheese — 300 g;
• Egg — 1 pc;
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead.
2. Grate the cheese, add the egg, and mix.
3. Roll out the dough, put in the filling, and wrap. Remove the excess dough.
4. Fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
Store and let the aroma of freshly baked khachapuri fill your home.
