Ingredients:

• Eggs;

• Pita bread;

• Hard cheese;

• Tuna or meat;

• Tomato.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs and pour into a preheated frying pan.

2. Put the pita bread on top, fry for a few minutes, and turn it over to the other side.

3. Put grated cheese, tuna or meat, tomatoes, and cheese again.

4. Fold in half and fry until the pita bread is golden and crispy.
