Ingredients:
• Chicken fillet;
• Salt;
• Pepper;
• Dry garlic;
• Paprika.
The process of cooking:
1. Place the breast in a slider bag and beat off for softness and juiciness inside.
2. Use paper towels to remove excess moisture for a crispy outside.
3. Mix the spices and sprinkle them over the breast.
4. Fry on a preheated pan covered with our parchment. This will keep it clean and the meat will not burn or lose its juices.
