Chopped cutlet with mashed potatoes: what could be more delicious

Today we will cook chopped ones, from chicken fillet.
Ingredients:
• Chicken fillet;
• Hard cheese;
• Salt and pepper;
• Dry garlic;
• Egg;
• Breadcrumbs or flour;
• Oil for frying;
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the fillet.
3. Season with salt and pepper and add dry garlic.
4. Add the egg and breadcrumbs or flour. Mix well.
5. Fry in heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
