Frog invasion in the yard: humane ways to get rid of the problem

Frogs are not usually considered pests, so there should be no need to get rid of them. However, if there are a lot of them, they can become a problem.
Experts advise those who are tired of stepping over frogs in their yard to close off access to water sources. It is also advisable to get rid of slugs, which frogs come to hunt.

For example, it can be citric acid. Mix a solution of 400 grams of citric acid and 4 liters of water, pour the solution into a spray bottle and spray the places that frogs like best.

A saline solution can also scare away annoying jumpers. or directly scattered salt around the perimeter of the yard. Spray the salt water solution around the areas where frogs congregate. This will burn their paws, so they will not want to jump into your yard.
Caffeine as a pesticide is also used by gardeners. You can also use coffee residue to scare away frogs.
Experts note that controlling variable frog habitats is crucial to getting rid of frogs. Frogs like dark, moist homes with plenty of food nearby. Therefore, get rid of structures where frogs can hide, such as piles of wood, bushes, or leaves. If you have a large lawn, consider having it mowed regularly. This affects mosquito populations and other frog food at a lower level.
If you can find a place where they breed, scoop out frog eggs every time you see them.
