• Water — 80 ml;
• Olive oil — 50 ml;
• Wine vinegar — 1 tbsp;
• Salt — to taste.
Preparation:
1. Hard-boil the eggs and peel them.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
