A solution of warm water and cornstarch will help to wash the window glass to a glossy finish. Cornstarch is a bit abrasive, so it's great for cleaning windows from dirt without scratching the glass.

Take a liter of warm water and a teaspoon of cornstarch. Then stir the mixture in a bucket and wet a clean cloth, squeezing out the excess water. Start washing the windows from top to bottom in a circular motion. Then wipe the glass dry with a dry microfiber cloth.
